On The Spot Disaster Response, a team of dedicated professionals including Firefighters, Paramedics, Military Personnel, and Disaster Survivors, is committed to responding swiftly and aiding individuals during their most challenging moments. Our Non-Profit Organization was founded by experienced individuals with firsthand disaster experience.

Our
Story
On The Spot Disaster Response is a nonprofit organization established in the State of Tennessee on July 20, 2024. Currently, On The Spot Disaster Response is registered in the State of Tennessee and the State of Florida with plans to expand to other neighboring states due to the extreme change in weather conditions.
On The Spot Disaster Response is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future Federal Tax Code.
On The Spot Disaster Response is not organized and shall not be operated for the private gain of any person. The property of the corporation is irrevocably dedicated to its educational and charitable purposes.
If in the future there is a need for termination or dissolution of On The Spot Disaster Response, any assets lawfully available for distribution shall be distributed to one (1) or more qualifying organizations that have a charitable purpose similar to the terminating or dissolving.

Our mission is to provide timely disaster response throughout the life cycle of any disaster, with every intention to reduce or eliminate human suffering. We will enhance local resources to ensure the vulnerable populations life sustaining needs are met.
On The Spot Disaster Response
On The Spot Disaster Response' purpose/mission is to provide life sustaining supplies and services to disaster survivors impacted by catastrophic events, such as natural disasters, including, but not limited to Tornados, Hurricanes, Flooding, Landslides and Wildfires. Whenever possible we will provide short-term and long-term recovery assistance which will range from emergency home repairs to disaster case management and long-term recovery services. Our goal is to provide safe, sanitary and secure living space for those who have lost everything.
